TENANCY AGREEMENT

included into this price is to get Bed linens only once during the leasing time. In case you may wish to change your bed linens you have to pay the above amount for each change.
You will pay directly to the key holder. It is an obligation to change all bedlinens within 2 weeks of renting time.
The daily housekeeping has to be done by the tenant. Also all dishes.

2. to pay to the key holder

Payment of part 1: 50 % in signing this agreement within latest 10 days In case payment terms are disregarded, the agreement loosed it's validity. Made payments means acceptance of agreement conditions.

Cancellation: In case of tendering one's resignation, it is agreed that the tenantry has to pay to the landlord the full costs. In case the apartment can be leased out to another tenantry for the same time the tenant has to pay the expenses in finding a new customer only.

Special Conditions: The tenancy is leasing the full unit including furniture etc.. It is forbidden to sub-rent.
Tenantry is obliged to handle with care apartment and common parts. During the leasing period tenantry as it's accompanying persons are obliged to repair or to pay for any kind of damages. Also to make immediate message to the key holder. The rules of the house of the subject are part of this agreement.
After using the leased subject has to be given back to the key holder including all inventory and parts without any missing or damaged items.
Violence and defects have to be reported to the key holder while moving in, as on moving out.
The tenant is obliged to handle apartment, inventory as all parts very carefully. In case of self inflicted damages and not ordinary dirts the tenant has to pay extra for. He is obliged to report to the key holder and to sign for his payment obligations.
The ordinary move out time has to be between 10.00 and 11.30 am, in accordance with the key holder another time can be agreed on.
No pets are allowed.
This agreement has been made in double and will be valid after signing by both parties as after the agreed payment.
The tenant recognizes there are two of such apartments in that building, porch and common facilities are to share. (Swiss Valley Cottages Only)
