1. Duration, moving in and out
The minimal regular agreement of duration will be 2 weeks (main season). On request it may be possible to lease for a shorter period. Leasing period has to be always from Saturday to Saturday.

Moving in: by arrival up from about 3:00 pm, late arrival needs to bee announced and agreed
Moving out: Between 9.00 and 10.30 am
In case of unforseen delay the key holder has to be informed.

2. Leasing fees and additional costs
The scheduled renting fees contain renting of whole apartment including furniture, equipments etc. as fresh and hot water, heating (seasonal) and power. In case of certain circumstances we reserve the right to ask for overcosts. As extra costs we are asking: Final cleaning (daily cleaning has to be done by the tenant). Pets against special agreement and additional fee may be permitted.

3. Deposit
a) on reservation 50 %, but a minimum of $ 200.--
b) Credit Card no. or cash deposit by arrival

4. Payment conditions
Landlord agreement:The full payment has to be mad within 10 days from reservation date (receiving of contract for sign.). Upon payment the tenantry is accepting in full in the agreement containing leasing-conditions and terms.

6. Maintenance/ housekeeping
The tenant has to keep the apartment clean and handle everything with care. In case of any damages the tenant will be responsable for. Also everything has to be reported immediately to the key holder. Ordinary damages through thirds are covered by insurance.

7. Reservations
Reservations can be made with us by phone, fax, email or in writing. Our confirmations are under the conditions of fulfilling the agreement terms in full and in time, and under restrictions of an unforseen shortterm rental agreement.

8. Various
The agreement terms are valid upon special agreement. We are free for any changing of prices, furniture, parts etc..
In case of tender one's resignation after cancellation time (if suchone has been agreed); which sais the tenantry has to pay to the landlord the full costs. In case there could be found another tenant, the resigning tenant has to pay the changing and finding expenses only.
